This white marble inlay work table top is hancrafted by our expert craftsmen from Agra,India and is made of white marble from Makrana in state of Rajasthan in India and is nown by this name. It has inlay of semi-precious stones inlay similiar to the Taj Mahal inlay work.is used for making this table top which is having multi-color combination such as Lapislazuli,Malachite,Cornelian and little shell to make it a unique piece of work.Basically the flowers are made of two stones Lapislazuli , Cornelian and Turquoise. Other stones along with these stones are used for making small pieces like leaves and buds.

Marble inlay art also known as Pachikari or Parchinkari is used to produce these kind of handicraft items.This work reached its pinnacle under the patronage of Shah Jahan in one of the 7 wonders of the world TAJ MAHAL in AGRA,INDIA and is also found in other Mughal monuments in Agra and other parts of the Mughal Empire.Taj Mahal inlay inspires the modern day craftsmen to produce beautiful handicraft items using the same material that is used in it, this table top being one of those.The table top is good for gift purpose and also for personal collection.The marble used for making this box is Makrana marble.
